Welch and Willingham Retirement Plan Services
At
Wallace Welch and Willingham, we value our clients and provide effective
solutions to meet their fiduciary obligations. Wallace Welch and Willingham,
through our strategic partnership with Kelly Carlson of Advizrs, Inc., will
provide plan sponsors with an independent perspective leading to a more
successful company retirement plan.
Kelly
Carlson, Advizrs, Inc., will offer an independent, clear and concise process to
managing your retirement plan. We partner with you through the entire
process. We take a majority of the responsibility for overseeing the plan
off your shoulders, so you can focus on your own business.
We begin
the relationship with you by first examining your needs and evaluating the
effectiveness of your retirement plan. We do this by monitoring your
employees’ investments and benchmarking your retirement plan provider to make
sure they are the best fit at a fair price. We increase plan
participation by meeting regularly with employees to make sure they understand
the plan and investing. We also protect your key personnel from personal
legal exposure by implementing simple practices that will fulfill your
fiduciary responsibilities.
Through
our trademarked processes, including a FiduciaryFitness Program™, we analyze
every aspect of your retirement plan. We are your advocate, and serve
only your needs. We do not represent the
provider.
