We begin the relationship with you by first examining your needs and evaluating the effectiveness of your retirement plan.  We do this by monitoring your employees’ investments and benchmarking your retirement plan provider to make sure they are the best fit at a fair price.  We increase plan participation by meeting regularly with employees to make sure they understand the plan and investing.  We also protect your key personnel from personal legal exposure by implementing simple practices that will fulfill your fiduciary responsibilities.

Through our trademarked processes, including a FiduciaryFitness Program™, we analyze every aspect of your retirement plan.  We are your advocate, and serve only your needs.  We do not represent the provider.
