St. Petersburg, FL – Michelle Brown has joined Wallace Welch & Willingham Inc. as its business development coordinator.  Brown’s multifaceted role includes promoting and executing marketing initiatives, developing materials for various departments and maintaining the company Webpage.  She also will assist with seminar organization.

Prior to joining Wallace Welch & Willingham, Brown was the assistant business office manager for Lexington Health & Rehabilitation in St. Petersburg, where she explained insurance information to residents and maintained consistent documentation on both company and resident accounts.  Previously, she was an executive assistant at Omni Healthcare in Melbourne, Florida.

St. Petersburg, FL – David Cosper has joined Wallace Welch & Willingham Inc. as a commercial insurance advisor.  Cosper’s primary role involves the selling of property and casualty and workers’ compensation insurance, with a niche focus on country clubs, industrial risks and medical manufacturing sectors.

 

Prior to joining Wallace Welch & Willingham, Cosper was an account executive for Stahl & Associates in Oldsmar, where he handled contracts covering risks such as property and casualty, workers’ compensation, PEO and surety.

 

An active member of the local insurance community, Cosper is vice president of the Pinellas Association of Insurance Agents.  He also serves as the Tampa Bay event organizer for St. Baldrick’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding childhood cancer research.  He is a former member of the University of Florida and Rollins College golf teams.

Navigating Healthcare Reform

 

The first wave of healthcare reform regulations went live on Sept. 23. How many of you were prepared for the changes? An even bigger question is: Will your dealership be ready for the next wave of changes in 2011?

Mickey Bell Named President of Pinellas Association of Insurance Agents Local Property and Casualty Producer Continues Agency Tradition of Leadership.

 

Mickey Bell perpetuated an agency tradition when he was named president of the Pinellas Association of Insurance Agents (PAIA) September 2nd.  Since the founding of the original PAIA chapter in 1927, fourteen employees of Wallace Welch & Willingham Inc. have accepted the lead role.
